Your contract is with Kuala Lumpur International Hotel, operated by Zaques Hotel (M) Sdn Bhd.

Use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which Kuala Lumpur International Hotel may amend from time to time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions in force.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, data, software, icons, and design elements (“Content”), is the property of Kuala Lumpur International Hotel or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

The Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from Kuala Lumpur International Hotel.

Use of any trademarks, logos, service marks, meta tags, framing, deep linking, or hidden text associated with Kuala Lumpur International Hotel without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Reservations, Pricing & Availability

The Hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily close any facilities, services, or outlets due to maintenance, repairs, safety concerns, private events, or operational requirements, without prior notice or compensation.

In the event of overbooking or circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate guests to an alternative accommodation of similar standard, with transportation arranged where reasonably possible.

Kuala Lumpur International Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, accident, or inconvenience caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, theft, negligence of third parties, or force majeure.

The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

7. Personal Data Protection

We collect, process, and retain personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Malaysia.

Personal data may be used for:

All rates are inclusive of prevailing government tax.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

14. Security Deposit & Pre-Authorisation

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise or collect a refundable security deposit at check-in counter to cover incidental charges, damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or any outstanding balances incurred during the stay.

A minimum security deposit of RM150.00 is required upon check-in via cash & credit card (Master & Visa)

The unused portion of the security deposit will be released within a reasonable timeframe after check-out, subject to the processing timelines of the individual bank or card issuer, which may take up to 14 working days. Deposits paid in cash will be refunded immediately upon check-out. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for delays caused by financial institutions.

15. Smoking, Vaping & Prohibited Items

Kuala Lumpur International Hotel is a non-smoking property, unless otherwise clearly designated.

Smoking, vaping, use of shisha, or similar activities are strictly prohibited in guest rooms, enclosed public areas, and all non-smoking zones within the Hotel.

A cleaning, deodorisation, and restoration charge may be imposed for any violation of this policy.

The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund, removal from the premises, and notification to the relevant authorities.

16. Parking & Vehicles

Parking is available for in-house guests at a charge of RM8 nett per car per entry. Validation of the parking card at the reception counter is required before leaving the hotel premises.

The Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or vandalism involving vehicles or personal belongings left within vehicles parked on Hotel premises, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
